Is your audience or organization open to experiencing the power of spiritual transformation?

If the answer is “yes”, the chances are that the old ways aren’t working anymore. Perhaps things are getting stale, or there is a feeling of disengagement or a hunger for more fulfillment and purpose.

Learning to be more conscious, allows us to focus on what is truly important in life. We identify our core values and incorporate spiritual practices such as meditation and breathing techniques into our daily routine.

As we live more consciously, we become aware of our deep connection to all.

Conscious living is the key to empowerment, purpose, passion, freedom, communication, and fulfillment.  Embracing our freedom, we understand that we always have a choice. We acknowledge the ever-flowing abundance and express our gratitude.

Relationships improve, decision making gets easier, and life becomes more joyous when we reunite with our most authentic selves.

Living consciously touches every single part of our lives.

Today, women remain woefully underrepresented in positions of leadership, authority, and power. With the MeToo movement, we are once again reminded that rape, sexual harassment, physical abuse, and sexual abuse happen to women from all walks of life, the rich and the poor, the weak and the powerful, the young and the old.

The external and systemic reasons for this are not insignificant and are not to be minimized. However, that isn’t the whole story.

An important and often overlooked aspect of women’s empowerment lies within each woman.  On an individual level, we can’t change the system.  But and this is a very big “but”, we can change our internal landscape regarding how we show up for our lives, both at work and at home.

We can stop hiding in the shadows, minimizing the value of our contributions, and letting others take the credit for our work. We can refuse to accept abuse and mistreatment as being par for the course or the price of admission.

Conscious communication is possibly the most important skill you can learn for your relationships and your life! (Spoiler alert-it’s more than one skill!)

Do you struggle to communicate in a way that helps you be understood by others?

When we don’t know how to communicate effectively, we invite drama, conflict, and misunderstanding into our relationships.

Learning to communicate consciously will improve your relationships—both personal and professional.

Living our life with meaning and purpose is essential for our fulfillment. This is what we might call “a life well lived”.

When you were little, what did you love to do? What did you enjoy and excel at, in or out of school? What is important to you? What are your highest values?

Answers to questions like these hold the key to our purpose.

Without a sense of purpose, we feel adrift in our lives. We let life “happen” to us. The days and weeks go by and we don’t know where they’ve gone, what we’ve done, or how we’ve contributed.

And that’s not a very happy or satisfying way to live!
