Minding your own business covers a lot of territory.
When we mind our own business we are focusing on the one person we have control of and responsibility for.
Here are some key aspects of minding your own business.
- Staying in your own lane. Not gossiping, not trying to change, control, or manipulate anyone else.
- Taking care of yourself.
- Knowing what you want and don’t want.
- Communicating clearly about what you want and don’t want.
- Behaving in a way that is in alignment with what you want.
- Setting clear boundaries.
